Delivery Methods, Prices, and Terms
We offer 3 delivery methods with advance payment for goods:
Omniva Parcel Machine: Delivery Time: up to 2 business days.
LP Express or Venipak Parcel Machine: Delivery Time: up to 2 business days.
Venipak Courier Delivery: Delivery Time: up to 2 business days.
Additionally, considering the volume of orders, we offer the option to pick up goods at our warehouse located at Fermentų. g 4, Kirtimu logistic center, 02244 Vilnius. Goods can be picked up on-site only after payment in advance. If this pickup method is currently available, you will see it on the cart and payment pages.
How soon can I receive my order?
In the table below, you can see the day of the week and time when your order will be handed over to the courier. Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification to the email provided in the order. Typically, courier services deliver goods to your specified address or selected parcel machine within 48 hours. If your order delivery is delayed for more than 72 hours, please inform us by writing to us.

LP Express parcel lockers across all three Baltic states (Lithuania 🇱🇹, Latvia 🇱🇻, Estonia 🇪🇪) use the same standard compartment sizes. Choose the size that fits your parcel:

DPD Parcel Locker Sizes & Availability in Europe
DPD operates parcel lockers (Pickup Boxes / Pickup Stations) across many European countries. Sizes and weight limits differ between the Baltic states and the rest of Europe.
Baltic States — Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia
In the Baltic states, DPD lockers use four standardised compartment sizes:

Omniva Parcel Machine Sizes & Availability
Omniva operates the largest parcel machine network in the Baltic states, with over 1,300 service points across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania available 24/7. Omniva parcel machines offer three standard locker sizes:

International shipping: Omniva parcel machines are available in the Baltic states only. For shipments to other countries, Omniva offers courier delivery to 237 destinations worldwide.

Venipak Parcel Locker Sizes & Availability
Venipak operates 1,300+ parcel pick-up locations (lockers and pickup points) across the Baltic states, with the network growing significantly in 2025. Venipak lockers offer 6 compartment sizes — two width variants (narrow Q series and standard) each in three heights:

Pickup points (partner stores indoors): max 10 kg, max volume 0.04 m³. Suitable for non-standard sizes and temperature-sensitive shipments.
Storage: 5 calendar days at lockers and pickup points. Parcels collected via PIN code or QR code — no screen touching needed.
Availability: Venipak lockers are currently available in the Baltic states only (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Courier delivery is also available to Poland, Finland, and Germany.

Payment
You can pay for your order using the Paysera system:
Online banking; bank transfer; payment card; cash at Perlas or Maxima cash desks.
To choose the "Online banking, transfer, or payment card" payment method, select it on the Payment page.
Alternatively, you can pay for the goods by card or cash to the courier upon receiving the order. To select this payment method, choose "Delivery and payment to the courier" on the cart and/or payment page and click the "Pay" button. The order will be confirmed automatically, and payment will only be required upon the courier's arrival at the specified address. Free delivery discount codes or promotions do not apply to this delivery method.
