1. Sponsor (Organizer)

The Sweepstakes is organized by UAB “Midas Marketing”, company registration number 123962997, registered address S. Žukausko g. 49, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

The Organizer provides participants with an opportunity to win Eurosconto.com gift vouchers and discount coupons (hereinafter referred to as the Prizes).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and are residents of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Participant).

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is conducted on an ongoing basis, subject to the conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for justified reasons in accordance with applicable law.

4. How to Participate

To enter the Sweepstakes, the Participant must:

1. Visit https://eurosconto.com/lottery
2. Enter their first name, last name, and email address in the designated fields
3. Confirm acceptance of these Official Rules
4. Click the “Start Sweepstakes” button

Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.

Upon successful entry, the Participant will receive an email containing a password-protected table showing the prize allocation scheme.

A digital interface displaying 100 concealed cards will then appear. Each card represents a potential Prize.
The Participant selects one card by clicking on it. The Prize is determined randomly and revealed immediately.

After five (5) seconds, all cards will be revealed for informational purposes only.

5. Pre-Commitment and Fair Play Mechanism (Prize Allocation Proof)

Upon successful entry and before any card is selected or revealed, the Participant will receive an email containing a password-protected table (the Prize Allocation Table).

This table is generated in advance and contains a complete, fixed prize allocation for the instant-win session. The password required to open the table is sent after the prize is revealed.

The purpose of this mechanism is to ensure fairness, transparency, and verifiability of the Sweepstakes.
The Prize Allocation Table serves as proof of pre-commitment, demonstrating that:

• the prizes are pre-assigned before the Participant interacts with the cards;
• the prize outcome is not generated, modified, or influenced by the Participant’s card selection;
• the prize is not computer-generated after the card is clicked.

The card selection is a visual and interactive interface only. Clicking a card merely reveals a prize that was already predetermined in the Prize Allocation Table.

After the prize is revealed on screen, all cards may be displayed for transparency and informational purposes. The Participant may then open the Prize Allocation Table using the provided password to independently verify that the prize result matches the pre-assigned allocation.

This mechanism is implemented to comply with fair promotional practice, prevent manipulation, and ensure that all Participants are treated equally

6. Prizes and Winning Codes

The revealed Prize will be accompanied by a unique winning code, which may be used in the Eurosconto.com online store.
Winning codes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.

The Participant will also receive an email containing:

• The winning code
• The password required to open the previously sent table

If the winning code is not used, the Participant may participate again after 30 days.
If the winning code is used and goods worth at least EUR 10 are purchased at Eurosconto.com, the Participant may participate again.

7. Prize Taxation

All taxes related to the Prizes, if applicable under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from the receipt or use of a Prize.

8. Newsletter Subscription and Personal Data

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant agrees to receive marketing communications and newsletters by email and sms from Eurosconto.com to the provided email address and phone number.

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
• Applicable Lithuanian data protection laws

Personal data is used solely for Sweepstakes administration, prize delivery, and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.

9. Public Announcement of Winners

By accepting a Prize, the Participant agrees that the Organizer may publicly disclose the Participant’s first name, city of residence, and Prize won on:

• The Eurosconto.com website
• The Organizer’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok accounts

This disclosure is made in accordance with transparency requirements for promotional sweepstakes.

10. Prize Restrictions and Substitution

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or part thereof) with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

Prizes that are not claimed, are refused, or cannot be delivered due to Participant-related reasons will not be reissued.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures
• Network interruptions
• Email delivery issues
• Any circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control that may affect participation or prize delivery

12. Final Provisions

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
The total number of Prizes shall not exceed the amount specified by the Organizer.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
